Problem: In the video playback interface, the recording cannot be queried
Reason:
1. The recording function is not enabled.
2. The hard disk data cable or power cable is faulty.
3. Hard disk failure.
4. The time of the video recorder has been changed
5. Automatic delete expired files with custom settings
Solution:
1. Check whether the recording function is enabled and whether the recording time period is within the set recording time period.
2. Check or replace the data and power cables of the hard drive. If the hard drive cannot be detected or has a malfunction, try replacing the hard drive.
3. Confirm if the time of the camera has been changed. If the device date is changed to 2001, the recording will be recorded until 2001. Please modify the correct date before viewing the recording.
4. Enable automatic deletion of old video files delete expired files
In the storage>Basic interface, the default option for automatically deleting old files is to disable it. If customization is selected, such as setting it to 1 day ago, all recordings stored on the recorder 1 day ago will be deleted.
