Problem: Local playback of video shows a black screen and cannot be played back
Reason:
1. Excessive number of playback channels or exceeding device decoding performance during fast forward playback
2. The front-end is connected to an H.265 encoded camera, but the recorder does not support H.265 decoding
Solution:
1. Single-channel playback, or playback without fast-forward to check whether there will be a black screen. For example, the maximum decoding capability of the video recorder supports 4-channel 1080P decoding. When playing back 8 channels at the same time, 4 channels will prompt that the interface capacity is exceeded. Or the 4-channel playback is normal, but the fast-forward playback prompts that the multiple of 1 exceeds the decoding capability, and the decoding performance required for fast-forward playback is doubled according to the fast-forward multiple. For example, one 1080P fast-forward double-speed playback is equivalent to occupying 2 The decoding resource of the 1080P channel of the channel.
2. If the camera encoding mode uses H.265, but the video recorder does not support H.265 decoding, you can change the camera encoding mode to H.264, reduce the resolution, and then play back the stored video. (The playback on the web side does not involve the local decoding performance of the video recorder, but uses the decoding performance of the computer)
