VTS
- After the VTS5240B upgrades the program, the device cannot be started and will always reboot
- The VTS is able to call VTO, but it shows the network is busy when VTO calls the VTS
- The VTS is able to call VTO, but it does not work in turn
- The voice delay or freeze of the intercom between the VTO and the VTS.

VTH
- In the analog system, the VTH cannot get power on on a single bus
- The distributor cannot supply power to the VTH or the power supply is abnormal
- The screen freezes when the VTH calls or monitors the VTO
- Analog VTH shows blue screen of death when monitoring VTO
- When the VTO is talking with the VTH, the video on the VTH freezes or there is no video
- The analog VTH is connected to the networked controller, calling and unlocking functions are normal while there is no video
VTO
- VTO offline on DMSS
- VTO Lock2 unlocking failed
- 9341D face input and recognition status can not capture faces
- After the platform checks the card successfully, the door cannot be opened on the device
- The recognition rate of fingerprint module is low
- When VTO9241 is connected to the platform, faces cannot be recorded
