VTS

  • After the VTS5240B upgrades the program, the device cannot be started and will always reboot
  • The VTS is able to call VTO, but it shows the network is busy when VTO calls the VTS
  • The VTS is able to call VTO, but it does not work in turn
  • The voice delay or freeze of the intercom between the VTO and the VTS.
  • After the VTS5240B upgrades the program, the device cannot be started and will always reboot.

VTH

  • In the analog system, the VTH cannot get power on on a single bus
  • The distributor cannot supply power to the VTH or the power supply is abnormal
  • The screen freezes when the VTH calls or monitors the VTO
  • Analog VTH shows blue screen of death when monitoring VTO
  • When the VTO is talking with the VTH, the video on the VTH freezes or there is no video
  • The analog VTH is connected to the networked controller, calling and unlocking functions are normal while there is no video
