【2】Description of the problem

Client set RAID6 syncronization for 8 HDDs and it took 12 days to sync it only for 40%. Estimating time before the end of syncronization is 20 days.

【3】Problem Processing (Root Cause)

Was choosed wrong working mode. Instead of "Self-Adaptive" mode should have been chosen "Sync First" mode. At this mode resource priority is assigned to RAID syncronization. But you cannot change mode while RAID is in syncronization. SO need to resetup new RAID.
