A: 0x01 represents power failure exception. After the large screen is grounded, it requires to verify:

• Whether the power cable and power module are abnormal (it is normal when the green indicator is on).
• Confirm the site power supply environment, if the site is powered by UPS, check whether trying to use the mains will also generate the exception; if it is still abnormal, power off and restart. Try to fix this by replacing the power supply module
