A: Possible causes:
- Confirm that the power supply is connected.
- Confirm that the IPC network is good and properly connected.
- Confirm that the IPC program and storage device are compatible.
- Confirm that the IPC has been completely started.
- Confirm that the IPC blacklist has no problem.
- Confirm whether the IPC port has been changed; by default, the private protocol is 37777 and the onvif is 80
- Confirm that the IPC is not being accessed too much, resulting in no image being transmitted.
- For a third party IPC, confirm that the port number, time zone and time of the IPC are consistent with those on the NVR. Confirm that the current network environment is stable.
