Image Defocused

Any model with video capture function.

2. Issue & Solution

The image is not focused accurately.

• Clean the protection glass or lens.
  
  
• Ensure there is no reflective object can reflect the IR lights.
  
  
  
• Zoom-able model, use Auto Focus to force focus. Set Focus Mode to Semi-Auto or Auto.
  
  
  
• Fixed Lens, if there is noticeable defocus, please send it to RMA station or contact technical support to check.
