Press [#] + admin password, and press [#] again to enter the main menu. The default admin password is 88888888.Then follow the user manual of the device to do factory default.
After setting is completed, the system is rebooted automatically.
If the default manager password is forgotten, then we can login the device by the JSON tool to reset. The following picture shows the login page.
Then you can see the some device parameters in the interface. Choose the factory default button. The device will factory default remotely and reboot.
You can also try to use SDK demo to default the device.
