Using Email to reset Camera

Step 1.Open web browser, enter the IP address of the device you want to log in to in the address box, and click "Forgot Password" on the right of the login page. The "Password Reset“ prompt will pop up, as shown below:

Step2：According to the password reset interface, there are two ways to retrieve it, of which the first way is to scan the QR code and reset the password through DMSS.

Step3：Run the application ,and go to ME-Tool Manager-Password Resetting. Scan the QR code, and you will receive corresponding security codes in reserved mailboxes, as shown below:

Step4：Enter the security code you received in the email and click "Next" to reset the password.

Step5： You can also scan the code through any app to finish resetting.

You can use an app to scan the QR code to get encryption strings, copy the encrypted string and send it to [e-mail]. You will receive the security code in the reserved mailbox, as shown below:

Step6： Enter the security code received in the email and click "Next" to reset the password.
